- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very disappointed in Concentra Urgent Care in Des Moines, IA. I arrived at the clinic approximately 0824 AM and was not seen until after 1000 AM. However my need wasn't urgent and either was anyone else's there but a customer should not have to wait that long. The 1 lady at the front desk was rude and un friendly in an environment that is based on costumer service.August 01, 2017by Joshua Fox
