- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪He is a Very Smart & Very Kind man!!! He never talks down to people, but explains exactly what the problem is in a way they can understand. He also treats each patient like they are the only one there. So many other Drs. are so rushed & bounce from patient to patient with out Really paying attention to their needs.Dr. Rosenberger always gives you the time you need & each of his patients know this, so most don't mind if he is a little behind.
