- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible Hy-Vee to get a prescription from. Our Dr's office normally calls them in so they are ready when we get there. The only problem is, they are NEVER ready when we get there. They tell me we just received it and it's going to be 10-15 minutes. 30 minutes later I get the prescription. If a Dr's office calls it in, you should begin doing it then.
